Transgender Center Brazil performs gender-affirming surgery for trans women and trans men: sex reassignment, including robotic surgery, facial, body and voice feminisation, facial masculinisation and masculinising mastectomy. Robotic Surgery
A sex reassignment surgery technique that uses the Da Vinci robotic system, with peritoneum or with an intestinal segment.

Beginning Your Transition
Guidance on the first steps of gender transition, including hormone therapy, surgery and psychological support.

Sex Reassignment
Procedures that transform male external genitalia into female genitalia. Sexual sensation is an important goal of this surgery, together with creating a functional vagina with an appearance the patient is comfortable with.

- Preservation of sensation
Facial Feminisation
Facial feminisation is a set of surgical procedures that aims to change the masculine features of a face.
Techniques included:
- Forehead contouring
- Canthopexy
- Facial contouring (jaw and chin)
- Adam's apple reduction (chondrolaryngoplasty)
Body Feminisation
This means adapting the body to the female gender, usually with techniques chosen for each patient, including breast implants, fat grafting and body contouring.

Voice Feminisation
Our voice says a great deal about who we are. Voice feminisation through glottoplasty can support quality of life and social and professional integration.

Surgical and non-surgical procedures to refine masculine facial details in trans men, complementing the effects of testosterone.

Masculinising Mastectomy
Chest contouring surgery to create a male chest, also known as top surgery. It is the surgery most often sought by trans men.

- Periareolar technique
